These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3Patti Boss. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use 3Patti Boss, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a resident of Pakistan
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must not be prohibited by law from using our services
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to meet these requirements will result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted only ONE account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or other fraudulent activities will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

4.1 Fair Play Policy

All players must adhere to fair play principles:

• No cheating, hacking, or exploitation of game bugs
• No use of bots, scripts, or automated playing tools
• No collusion with other players
• No chip dumping or money transfer between accounts
• No abusive language or harassment of other players

Violation of fair play rules will result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of winnings.

4.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). We do not manipulate game results. However, the house edge and game rules apply as stated for each game.

5. Financial Terms

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: 100 PKR
• Accepted methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash
• Deposits are instant and non-refundable
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: 500 PKR
• Processing time: Usually instant, maximum 24 hours
• Withdrawal to your registered EasyPaisa/JazzCash account only
• Identity verification may be required before first withdrawal
• We reserve the right to request additional verification documents

5.3 Referral Program

• Earn 1000 PKR per successful referral
• Referred user must register using your unique referral code
• Referred user must make a minimum deposit of 500 PKR
• Referral bonus is credited within 24 hours
• Fraudulent referrals will result in bonus forfeiture and account ban

5.4 Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome bonus: 500 PKR chips on first deposit
• All bonuses come with specific terms and conditions
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal
• Bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions

6. Responsible Gaming

• Software code and algorithms
• Game designs and graphics
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Text, images, and multimedia content

are owned by 3Patti Boss and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You provide false information
• We suspect money laundering or illegal activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

9.2 Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to our verification procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the last 30 days
• We are not responsible for third-party payment processor issues
• We are not liable for losses due to technical failures beyond our control
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with 3Patti Boss:

2. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
3. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Pakistani law
4. Jurisdiction: Courts of Pakistan

12. Technical Requirements

To use 3Patti Boss, you need:

• Android device running Android 5.0 or higher
• Stable internet connection (3G/4G/WiFi)
• Sufficient storage space (minimum 100 MB)
• Up-to-date app version (we may discontinue support for old versions)

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do:

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you don't agree, you must stop using the service

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
