6. Physical or Electronic Signature:
   • Physical signature on printed notice, or
   • Electronic signature (typed name) on email notice

4. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send your complete DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

Note: Notices that do not include all required information may not be processed.

5. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
2. Investigate the claim and verify the information
3. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if appropriate
4. Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
5. Provide a response within 7-10 business days

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email
• Identification of the removed content and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
• Your consent to jurisdiction of Pakistani courts
• Your physical or electronic signature

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

3Patti Boss has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We maintain records of all DMCA notices and counter-notifications.

Users who receive multiple valid copyright infringement notices may have their accounts permanently suspended.

8. False Claims Warning

Important: Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a takedown notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including:
